Come meditate, breathe, move and learn in this two-day experiential postnatal experience.
On Saturday, the focus will be on you, new mama! Let's talk about that postpartum body and all things post-birth. Learn tools for exercise, correcting the posture, along with recovering the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. Women who exercise and do yoga experience a faster recovery after birth. We will also address postpartum depression, mindfulness, and building a home practice.
On Sunday, bring on those babies! This day is designed to balance and restore the physical needs of new mother and baby. Take time to connect with your little one, learn some baby massage technique and yoga poses for baby for common ailments and encouraging their development. We will finish off the weekend with light refreshments and time for socialization and connection.
