Brad’s introduction to yoga was in 2002 as a purely physical practice and has since grown into a comprehensive practice and spiritual lifestyle. He is passionate about inspiring others to receive the benefits of yoga and breaking down the perceived intimidation barrier at the introduction to yoga.

Yoga continues to surprise him with a fountain of growth opportunities, both on and off the mat, and it’s been a critical tool to help maintain balance in his life.

Favorite Asana: Frog (Bhekasana)
