Friday, October 17, 2025 | 6 - 8pm
Hot Studio | $35
What happens when we stop trying to “master” the pose—and start listening to what it’s revealing?
UNMASTER is not your typical power yoga class. This 2-hour immersive experience invites you to step off the hamster wheel of striving and sink into the deeper currents of your practice. Rooted in the strength and vitality of power yoga, this class uses foundational postures as a gateway to profound self-awareness and inner disruption.
In this embodied and inquiry-driven practice you will slow down just enough to feel the truth under the movement—and speed up just enough to notice where resistance lives in the body. Expect a sweaty, wholehearted flow that challenges both your muscles and your mindset.
This is not about mastering the pose. It’s about unmastering the illusion of control, letting go of how it’s supposed to look and tuning into how it feels.
What You’ll Explore:
💪 The Fundamentals, Revisited
- Strong, simple postures deconstructed and re-experienced with fresh attention.
❤️🔥 Disruption of Comfort Zones
- Where do you check out? Push too hard? Hold back? We’ll go there—with compassion.

Please Note: Space is limited to 12 participants.
Through gentle yoga and restorative acupuncture, this workshop will help you transition from winter’s stillness to spring’s rising energy—leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and ready to embrace the season ahead.
Blending these modalities helps people find alignment within themselves and with nature’s rhythms. The Spring Equinox marks a powerful transition—the stillness of Yin (winter) gives way to the rising energy of Yang (spring) in Chinese Medicine. Through acupuncture, yoga, and mindfulness, we can move through this seasonal shift with greater ease, vitality, and balance.
