Reiki 1 is the introduction to the energy of reiki. This workshop will cover origins, history, and basic concepts. Together, we’ll experience exercises that show what reiki is and the reiki that is in each and every one of us. We’ll deep dive into chakras, movement practices and self-care. By the end of class, you will “become aware” of the energy all around you. It will truly be a life enhancing and changing experience!

Each student will receive a reiki level 1 attunement. Limited spaces available
