Awaken Your Soul | Sound Bath & Energy Experience

Join Nicole and Ryan Warner for a deeply immersive sound bath designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

The experience begins with gentle grounding and guided meditation before unfolding into a full-body sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, Native American flute, chimes, tongue drum, and ocean drum. These layered vibrations create a rich soundscape that helps calm the nervous system and guide the body into a state of deep rest.

Throughout the sound bath, participants may also receive optional light hands-on support such as Reiki or Craniosacral therapy. We’ll close with quiet time for reflection and integration, allowing you to emerge feeling grounded, restored, and more connected to your inner steady strength.

No experience necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and anything else that helps you get comfortable.
