Andy has practiced yoga since 1998 and completed his 200 hour training in the style of Baptiste Power Yoga at GIVE Yoga. His Vinyasa classes offer a grounding, challenging, and straightforward approach to body and breath awareness. When not in the studio, he can usually be found taking every opportunity to get his hands dirty designing gardens, growing food, and studying native plants.
