Kelly began her yoga journey over 15 years ago, with a foundation in Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow. Her practice took her to Bali in 2015, where she received her 200hr certification with YogaWorks. Over the last several years, she has been heavily inspired by Kundalini, meditation and pranayama techniques. She blends elements of a deeply rooted traditional practice with new and innovative ways to move through a sequence and transition through poses. Her teaching style is creative and intentional - she encourages students to challenge themselves while giving them space to explore their own movement. Kelly grew up playing the drums and piano - her love for music and rhythm is evident in the flows and vibes she brings into the classroom.
