Laura Lampe began practicing yoga during a mid-life return-to-health “ah ha” moment, and quickly fell in love with so much more than its mere physicality. It teaches us to find the middle ground between effort and ease — both on the mat and in life. Yoga is a beautiful “dance” that fuses physicality, mindfulness, breath and meditation to create a transformational experience in both body and mind. She encourages others to celebrate their body for what it can do — and to have fun discovering new ways to move through life with grace and ease. When she’s not on her mat, she’s a website copywriter and holds a degree in journalism from The Ohio State University.
