Hot Power Flow
Our signature strong flow. A dynamic, breath-driven vinyasa that builds heat, strength, and mental clarity. Expect music, movement, and a full-body reset in our heated, dark, vibey studio. Offered in 50, 60, 75, and 90 minutes.

Hot Slow Burn
Slow. Strong. Steady. A heat-building flow with longer holds that deepen awareness and ignite strength from the inside out. Taught in our heated studio.

Flow to Yin
A perfectly balanced class: begin with an energizing vinyasa flow, end with slow, grounding Yin postures. Effort meets ease.

Slow Flow
A gentle, supportive flow for grounding, mobility, and breath. Ideal for beginners, those easing back in, or anyone craving a softer pace.

Yin + Restore
Deep release meets deep rest. Long-held Yin stretches and fully supported Restorative postures to help unwind tension and soothe the nervous system.
