Come breathe, stretch, and strengthen your body, mind and soul in support of survivors of all forms of sexual violence.
WHAT TO EXPECT: This trauma-informed, all-levels vinyasa class will open with a meditation and be a contact free practice to best support all participants in healing and comfort throughout the class.
WHAT IT'S ABOUT: This nationwide yoga event is organized by the Take Back The Night Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit. All class fees going to support Take Back the Night Foundation in their work to support survivors and raise awareness. Let's breathe the largest collective breath possible on October 5th! Our unity is our strength as we Shine Our Light!
