THE SERIES
Learn various variations, common misalignments, and new ways to explore your body in poses. Class will begin with a warm-up Hatha flow followed by workshopping and exploring poses. There will be opportunities for Q&A! All levels are welcome!
- Week One | Jan 14: Downdog, Plank and Tadasana 
- Week Two | Feb 11: Bring on the Chaturanga 
- Week Three | Mar 11: Sun A Deep Dive focusing on transitions 
- Week Four | Apr 15: All about the Warriors: Warrior 1, 2 and 3
