Introduction to Qigong
Movement, Breath + Deep Renewal
Sunday, December 13 | 4:30–6:00 PM
Investment: $35
An invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and discover the restorative practice of qigong.
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice that combines gentle, flowing movement, intentional breathing, and focused awareness. Often described as meditation in motion, qigong offers an accessible way to cultivate calm, connection, and a greater sense of ease in the body.
Join certified qigong teacher and licensed psychotherapist Elizabeth Mintun for this welcoming 90-minute introduction to the practice.
Drawing inspiration from winter and the Water element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Elizabeth will guide you through simple, meditative movements, breathwork, guided imagery, and moments of stillness. Together, we'll explore how slowing down and moving with intention can support nervous system regulation, restoration, and a deeper connection to ourselves.
You'll leave with a greater understanding of qigong and a few simple practices you can return to whenever you need to feel grounded, centered, or replenished.
